1.Account Registration

Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.

4.Account Closure and Suspension

dewa06 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred. Grounds for closure include but are not limited to: providing false registration information, operating duplicate accounts, engaging in fraudulent payment activity, or attempting to circumvent Platform security measures.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any genuine balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method after all pending bonus wagering requirements have been assessed.

9.General Bonus Conditions

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games, wagering requirements, and expiry dates. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.

10.Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each specific promotion. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonus funds expire automatically upon the deadline if wagering requirements have not been completed.
